The data only exists in a temporarily usable state as long as the computer system is added and functioning in your account’s command center and is only collected as a part of the essential features, and operation of the RemoteToPC service.
EU customers, or customers that access EU customer computers, should be aware of the GDRP regulations dealing with data processing and retention, and how utilizing a remote access session with file copy capabilities might affect your own company, and the need for privacy agreements with any 3rd parties located within the EU.
When you access the Service or the Website by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
