RemoteToPC's Remote Rescue is our new quick support, no-install Remote Access product. If you ever need to quickly access someone's PC, or if there's some situation where attended access makes more sense for your workflow, then Remote Rescue has got you covered.
Remote rescue works great for one-off support sessions where unattended access doesn't make as much sense.

Since 2014 RemoteToPC began to provide the same attended remote access software that we used in our own IT company. As the word got around we were selected for Google’s Startup Next Dallas 2014 pre-accelerator, and were members of the Silicon Valley based One Million by One Million virtual startup accelerator in 2015. We launched RemoteToPC as a service to the public in February of 2016.
Since then we advanced the RemoteToPC experience with multi-screen access, remote printing and other features that served more than just the IT community.However we felt pulled back to our IT roots as a company that understands what an IT person or an MSP needs to do their jobs. As part of that recommitment we again set out to make RemoteToPc a product that we as IT people would like to use. So we built an attended access product which we call Remote Rescue. Remote Rescue is aimed right at IT people who need to provide quick tech support to someone without installing the software on their computer.
We even tested it out with our existing IT customers and have had great feedback on it. Now we feel it's ready for the world. So we are now introducing Remote Rescue, which allows a single technician the ability to provide secure, quick and efficient remote support by simply sinding a link or an email to the customer they need to support. A Remote Rescue subscription can either be purchased as a stand-alone or added to your existing RemoteToPC subscription for each technician that you'd like to be able to use Remote Rescue features.
