Remote Rescue excels in one-off support scenarios, eliminating the need for permanent unattended access installations. Specifically designed for IT technicians providing clientless remote support during first-time or occasional sessions, Remote Rescue is offered as a per-technician subscription, making it an excellent addition to our Enterprise subscription. Remote Rescue is a per-technician subscription, so it works well with our Enterprise subscription.
Each Remote Rescue subscription is a assigned to a single user login. So the parent account or sub-accounts associated can have a Remote Rescue subscription associated with any unattended access subscription or it can also be purchased as a completely stand alone subscription.

Since 2014, RemoteToPC has offered attended remote access software initially used within our own IT company. Recognized for innovation, we were selected for Google’s Startup Next Dallas 2014 and participated in the Silicon Valley-based One Million by One Million virtual startup accelerator in 2015. RemoteToPC was officially launched as a public service in February 2016.
Since then, RemoteToPC has evolved to include features like multi-screen access and remote printing, expanding its utility beyond the IT community.Driven by our IT roots and a deep understanding of IT professionals' and MSPs' needs, we recommitted to creating a product that we, as IT experts, would use ourselves. This led to the development of Remote Rescue, our attended access clientless remote access solution.
