Press release – RemoteToPC’s Remote Rescue Launched:
On 4/11/2025 we launched RemoteToPC’s attended Remote Access product Remote Rescue ™. Remote Rescue does not install for more permanent remote access such as RemoteToPC’s normal subscriptions. It only launches a host that allows for a technician or remote user to access a remote computer for a single session, or a temporary period of time.
Therefore it’s great for Techs and IT people who need to jump on a computer without much effort. Remote Rescue costs $99 per year per user/technician, and can be purchased as a stand-alone subscription, but more likely as an add-on subscription associated with an existing RemoteToPC unattended access subscription such as an Enterprise subscription. For larger customers who have multiple techs using RemoteToPC multiple subscriptions can be added to the existing Enterprise subscription and can be viewed and managed from the enhanced Settings page available in the Command Center side menu.
