Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your own remote access subscription under the “Change User Settings” button at the top of your Command Center. 

1. Select: Change User Settings at the top of your Command Center
2. Select: Subscriptions, then the Cancel button for your subscription to cancel your trial, or active subscription and keep it from renewing.
