Requirements for the Advanced Monitoring to work:
The user must have the Advanced monitoring feature (found in Enterprise level plans)
The host version must be 2.6.9 or greater
The machine must be online (the green indicator is on in the command center)
The R2PCSecureTunnel service must be running on the machine
The legacy_signalling registry key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\remotetopc should either not exist or be set to zero
Known issues:
The usage metrics are just a short snapshot and might not match CPU usage exactly
Some network cards don’t report their network usage
Some information isn’t showing properly (RemoteToPC version and Group)
Public IP address is sometimes shown as IPv6
